Laura Sweeney attended the Boston Conservatory of Music where after two years she promptly dropped out. That same year she joined the underground theatre group, House of Borax. Laura soon ventured off to help form the sketch comedy group "Chucklebucket," and has been in numerous television and radio commercials and a number of independent films. She can currently be seen in New York City performing in one half of the lounge duo, "Vance and Lorna." Laura is thrilled to have finally reached her ultimate goal, to become a "Scream Queen." |

Winston Bramen is "Gene" Winston is, among other things, the bass player and a founding member of the Boston rock band, Fuzzy. A man of style and distinction, his acting experience includes several years with both House of Borax and Acme Theatr as well as appearances in several independant films. Winston fears no man and is loved by all. Fuzzy's latest release, "Hurray For Everything", is available from Catapult Records.

Turquoise Taylor Grant is "Henna" Another member of the Acme and Borax theatre groups, Ms. Grant studied Theatre at Syracuse University, UMASS and the A.R.T. She co-wrote and appeared in "Rent Crisis," a sitcom developed for San Francisco Cable, along with a sketch comedy program produced for same market. A founding member and lead singer of SF rock band Virgin Witch, Turquoise is a is Libra, with Scorpio rising and doesn't care who knows it. Ms. Grant has appeared in numerous indie films, was a visiting artist at Telluride Playwriting Festival 2000 and is not as promiscuous as you might think. |

John Anthony Blake is "Bernie Shanks" Mr. Blake is perhaps better known to fans of the long-running BBC TV series "Doctor Who" as John Levine, the name he used when playing the role of "RSM Benton". Benton was such a popular character that he became the focus of the first major independent Doctor Who spinoff film, "Wartime". After appearing in various films and shows in the UK including, The Adventurers, Permission To Kill, Go For A Take, Dark Places, "Carry On", "U.F.O." and "Z-Cars", John moved to the United States. In America, he has continued to appear in films and television shows such as The Band and Saban's "Big Bad Beetleborgs". John is much sought-after for his remarkable voice, providing voice-overs for Disneyland's Light Magic attraction, The Queen Mary CD-ROM and the Heavy Gear II video game from Activision. |

D.W. Ferranti is "The Experienced Hiker" DW Ferranti attended NYU film school and Umass/Boston. While in Boston he was a member of the infamous underground theatre company House of Borax and later founded ACME Theatr ("the company so poor it couldn't afford a silent 'e'"). As artistic director of ACME Theatr DW Ferranti wrote and directed the local hit Rock musicals "X-mass Carol," "Prometheus Bound/Hercules Unchained," and "McBeth: Shakespeare for the Reading Impaired," receieving favorable notice from such diverse media as The Boston Phoenix, Boston Herald, and FOX 25 news. The ACME Theatr web site was one of the early winners of the Lycos "Top 5%" and Magellan "3 Star" awards. In association with Freight (formerly Borax) Films and Thinking Pictures he helped produce "Class-less Classics" in New York, the first live web-cast theatre/comedy show on the web. In recent years he has worked as a visting guest artist for the Rocky Mountain Playwrights festival in Telluride, and a writer/ performer for "That's Not Funny," a skech comedy revue in Telluride. His film performances include the Ben Fold's Five video "Underground," and the films "Darien Gap," "Handling Family" and "Next Stop, Wonderland." |

James Felix McKenney - Director & Co-writer After several years of acting and writing for the theatre in Boston, James turned his attention to the world of underground comic books. As co-editor of COW, the international anthology from MonsterPants Comics, he helped to introduce artists from around the world to new audiences, as well as exposing readers to a few stories of his own. After a stint in Hollywood as a screenwriter, James now lives in New York, the new home of his independent film company, MonsterPants. His directorial debut, CanniBallistic! is available on home video from Spectrum Films. James' second feature film, THE OFF SEASON, is coming this Fall from Glass Eye Pix.
David Hale - Director of Phototgraphy David founded House of Borax over ten years ago as an underground nightclub and theatre in Boston. The raucous theatrical events and band performances he organized drew large audiences and rave reviews, and helped springboard several musical acts into stardom. In 1992, he moved Borax to New York and opened shop on Ludlow Street, performing a variety of original theatre pieces. Additionally, David put more of his energies into film and the internet, designing and maintaining the Caroline Records website for several years. David later went on to direct award winning short films and documentaries, as well as commercials for leading fashion designers and music videos for top ten artists. He has also performed second unit photography for numerous features as well as underwater filming for Nova, Discover and National Geographic. |
